I found the hotel's location absolutely perfect, so close to museums and town centre, Eleutheria's Square in Heraklion, and shopping area and restaurants.
There was view to be needed.

Excellent very central location close enough to a central plaza, opposite the Archaeological museum and on a walking distance from the ferries port and the central bus station, the archeological museum and the bus stop to the airoport. Plus, it was 15 minutes drive by car from Mary's Shell.

Food was reasonably priced and I have nothing but fairly nice memories from this trip. The room was extremely spacious and huge, with safe and fabulous views over the town. The location was great, near to the center! I was happy to find Happy Gathering, it was approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel and served nice food.

Very central location next to many sights for tourists, public transport and taxis and the port, the museum, the Morosini Fountain, it was in a downtown area. The staff were all wonderfully friendly, superfriendly.
Disappointing aspect was too small bathroom.

The units are reasonably large and functional with historical photos above the bed. The hotel has a marvellous and efficient location in the centre, next door to a museum and an archaeological museum. There's Harry Ramsden's offering takeout a 10-15 minute walking distance from the venue. The rooftop bar is fantastic.

The place was lovely and stunningly beautiful and restaurant was nice. The staff was courteous, and the rooms were huge and big. The breakfast was extensive and excellent with freshly baked cakes and fresh fruit, as for instance, so much to pick from. The service was helpful, totally satisfied. I really enjoyed sleeping 4 nights in this hotel. Place was clean and recently refurbished. The location was unbeatable and magnificent, a 10-15 minute walk from a venetian - era fountain. Was set in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown, and the workers were very caring and attentive. Booked a room with panoramic views over the town. The service provided there was exceptional.
